Responsibilities: - Guiding the team in using Scrum effectively. - Facilitating team meetings and ceremonies. - Identifying and removing impediments to the teams progress. - Coaching the team towards self-management and continuous improvement. - Protecting the team from distractions and interruptions. - Helping the team understand and adhere to Scrum values and principles. Agile Coach: Focus: Organization-wide adoption of Agile, coaching teams and stakeholders, promoting a culture of agility, and driving organizational change. Responsibilities: - Helping teams and individuals understand and adopt Agile principles and practices. - Facilitating the implementation of Agile frameworks (like Scrum, Kanban, etc.) across the organization. - Coaching teams and individuals on Agile mindset and behaviors. - Mentoring and training individuals to become Agile practitioners. - Helping the organization adapt to change and embrace new ways of working. - Identifying and removing organizational impediments to agility.
