Duties: Serve as a Technical Program Manager for the t4i (Tech for Intuit) team on a high priority change-the-business initiative, ensuring seamless collaboration between technical team members and business stakeholders. Manage and maintain relationships with project partners, facilitating effective communication and project alignment. Oversee end-to-end testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production activities related to the t4i Tech team, ensuring all technical requirements are met. Drive the technology team to accomplish key project milestones and activities on time, maintaining high project standards and meeting deadlines. Track and monitor project risks, issues, activities, and decisions involving the t4i Tech team, and effectively relay this information to business stakeholders to ensure transparency and informed decision-making. Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering and other tech teams to align the project goals with business objectives and ensure consistent progress. Present project updates and critical information to business leadership bi-weekly, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives. Employ persistence and a high level of attention to detail to overcome challenges in obtaining timely updates from busy product managers and product developers. Skills: Strong Technical Program Management leadership experience, including 8+ years planning and leading large & complex digital transformation programs in enterprise systems. Demonstrated ability to influence at the Dir and VP+ level within a matrixed environment. Project/program framework best practices, tools, and techniques. Strong understanding of software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycles. Experience with Agile methodologies is highly desired. Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best program outcomes. Required Skills: Create and maintain detailed project plans that outline project scope, technical vision, and both technical and non-technical requirements, while documenting precise program requirements, using Smartsheet, Google Docs & Sheets. Monitor the program timeline, potential risks, and issues during all stages including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation using tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, and Google Sheets to ensure adherence to milestones and deliverables, and to formulate a response strategy when necessary. Employ common tools like Slack, Microsoft Outlook, and Zoom for effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Leverage a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing strategies, QA, and change management best practices to accelerate the delivery of key programs. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical dependencies using Smartsheet. Extensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle so as to be able to anticipate potential issues and solutions that require oversight. Strong experience with E2E testing, UAT, and regression testing. Education: BS Degree, Computer Science and/or Engineering preferred Proven Leadership: 8+ years of experience leading and delivering complex, large-scale technical programs within a matrixed organization. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycles. Experience with Agile methodologies is highly desired. Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze industry trends, understand Intuit's strategy, and make data-driven decisions that accelerate business outcomes. Exceptional Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, from individual contributors to senior executives. Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to gather, analyze, and utilize data to assess program progress, identify risks, and drive decision-making. Familiarity with data analytics and AI/ML concepts is a plus.
