RI: Providence. In home: Boston proper, and north of Boston (up to an hour north), and south of Boston (about an hour south and a little to the metro west) Position Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst Hours/Shift (Hours per week & Schedule): 35 hours a week for BCBAs Home based: earliest start is typically 8:30, and last cases end at 5:30 typically. Centers: 3 sites are 8:30-430, and two sites are 830-330. Pay Range: $77K-$90K typically for a BCBA Bonus: $65/hour over the billable requirement weekly Job Description/Role Responsibilities: Home based: 10-12 cases, approximately 110-120 RBT hours under them to be supervised. Billable 27/week. We do get many insurances that have Billable PD, so that is why they are a tad higher than some agencies that have 25 per week. Center: 5-6 cases or approximately 210-240 RBT hours under them. 28 billable per week. We have many insurances that have billable PD so its easy to hit. Qualifications: Masters Degree, with BCBA. Must (Experience, Licenses/Certifications, Endorsements, Skills): Must be eligible for State license (in MA and/or Rhode Island) Plus: Education/Licenses/Certifications: -Master's Degree -Active BCBA Certification Benefits: Some perks for BCBA role: • 35-hour work week to promote a healthy work-life balance oAccrue vacation as if 40 hours o5 sick days, many paid holidays, and multiple weeks PTO • Opportunity to "build your own salary" - Bonus eligibility for additional billed hours. $65/hour for each hour over the billable requirement • Free CEUs provided (at least 4 per year is the current goal) • 401(k) with match • Stipend for CEUs/Prof Development - can cover yearly CEU cost Center-based specific: • Supervisor present at all times • Opportunity to collaborate with other BCBAs on a daily basis, with weekly meetings and mentorship • BCBA workweek shorter than center opening hours, which means some opening days, some closing days • No evenings • Work from home opportunities when staffing permits (typically 1x a week) • 5-6 clients, smallest in the biz! • Closure from Christmas-eve until Jan 2nd for rest and relaxation Home-based specific: • Flexibility, ability to build and control your own schedule (once onboarded and credentialed) • Hybrid - combination of in-person and WFH • Limited service hours (i.e., not past 530 pm) to ensure a good work-life balance for staff • Caseload is small, based off BT hours under them. Typically, 110-125 hours.
