This role is ideal for a former plumber who has transitioned into managing large-scale projects. Our focus is on hospital and school projects, including heavy renovations and ground-up construction. Responsibilities: Oversee plumbing projects in hospitals, schools, and other large facilities, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Plan and manage heavy renovations and ground-up construction projects. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and plumbing crews to maintain workflow efficiency. Supervise and schedule plumbers, apprentices, and subcontractors on multiple job sites. Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, permits, and safety regulations. Order and track materials, avoiding supply shortages or delays. Work in operational buildings, minimizing disruptions while managing plumbing installations and repairs. Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and final walkthroughs. Maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets. Qualifications: • 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience. • 3+ years in a project management or supervisory role. • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and code compliance. • Experience working in operational buildings where minimizing disruptions is key. • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams. • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) is a plus. • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
