About the Job Surgical Restorative Dentist or Prosthodontist Opportunity A highly respected, patient-focused dental practice is seeking an experienced Prosthodontist or Surgical/Restorative General Dentist to join a collaborative, high-performing clinical team. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who enjoys managing complex restorative cases, implant dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation in a technologically advanced environment. The practice has built a strong reputation for delivering comprehensive, high-quality care and is equipped to support providers who are passionate about advanced treatment planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and life-changing smile transformations.Position Overview: The incoming provider will focus on diagnosing and treating patients with complex restorative needs, including implant-supported restorations, cosmetic dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation cases. This role is well suited for clinicians who enjoy managing comprehensive cases from treatment planning through final restoration. Providers will work closely with a skilled clinical team that may include general dentists, specialists, and in-house laboratory technicians, creating an efficient and collaborative environment for delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat patients requiring advanced restorative and cosmetic procedures Plan and restore implant-supported cases including All-on-X and full arch restorations Perform or collaborate on implant placement and surgical procedures depending on experience Manage complex treatment plans involving crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, and full-mouth reconstruction Partner with clinical team members and laboratory technicians to achieve optimal restorative outcomes Educate patients on treatment options and guide them through comprehensive care plans Maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and patient-centered care Ideal Candidate: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Prosthodontics residency or significant experience in surgical and complex restorative dentistry Advanced training in implant dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation, or cosmetic dentistry Kois Center or Spear Institute training strongly preferred Licensed or eligible for dental licensure in the United States Passion for continuing education and mastery of advanced clinical techniques Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care Compensation & Benefits: Estimated annual earnings: $400,000 - $700,000+ based on production Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401(k) Continuing education support Access to state-of-the-art technology and equipment Opportunity for clinical leadership and professional growth Practice Environment: This practice offers a supportive and innovation-driven culture where providers have the tools and clinical support necessary to deliver exceptional dentistry.
