Mandatory Skills & Certifications GWPC ACE / Specialist Certification. 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (GWPC). Strong expertise in GWPC Architecture, Design, Data Models, and Integrations. Experience with Guidewire Cloud version. Proficiency with GWPC Advanced Product Designer (APD). Roles & Responsibilities Design and implement solutions on Guidewire PolicyCenter and own delivery until implementation. Architect solutions leveraging cloud-native patterns, microservices, and Guidewire's cloud features. Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices. Stay updated on new Guidewire features, version upgrades, AI/ML, and emerging technologies. Collaborate with program and solution leads to align delivery with customer goals. Attend offshore calls in overlapping time zones to guide and review the team's work. Managerial / Leadership Skills Lead and mentor the team, ensuring accountability for successful delivery. Represent the team in customer meetings and act as a primary point of contact. Coach, guide, and develop team members to achieve high performance. Drive for results with a customer-first mindset. Good to Have Experience with BillingCenter or ClaimCenter in addition to PolicyCenter. Familiarity with cloud-native deployments and DevOps practices. Strong understanding of insurance domain workflows.
