What You"ll Do:✔️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.✔️ Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve communication, social skills, and functional independence .✔️ Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.✔️ Collaborate with OTs and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care .✔️ SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.What We"re Looking For:✠SLP - Master"s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).✠Oklahoma SLP (temp or full) license (or eligibility to obtain).✠Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.✠Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset .
