Description At Looking Upwards, Inc, Children's Program, we support families as they help their child to get the best start in life and to thrive. Looking Upwards offers specialized services for children of any age - prenatal through young adult - who are facing diverse challenges. Our current caring team of specialists bring expertise in child development, behavior management, trauma, behavioral health. At the core of work together is our commitment to listen to children and their families and to respect each member's strengths, culture, and values. Through grants, we are looking to expand our services to provide support to LGBTQIA+ youth and young adults in our community. We are seeking to contract with a LCSW or LICSW clinician with passion and expertise for this population to help facilitate 8 week group sessions out of our office in Portsmouth. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist Clinical Director with recruiting, organizing, facilitating and documentation of 8 week group sessions. Afternoon and evening work required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Must be a LCSW or LICSW CBT skills required with AFFIRM certification preferred. CONTRACT/FEE FOR SERVICE: Afternoon/evening availability $40-$45 per hour Min 3 hours per week; Maximum 7 hours per week Job Types: Part-time, Contract Experience: CBT: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: LCSW (Required) LICSW (Preferred) AFFIRM Training (Preferred) Work Location: In person
