The Webster Public Schools is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated individual to work as an ABA tutor Using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), the program is designed to help children diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, developmental delays, and/or autism reach their full potential Job Responsibilities include: • Aiding in planning and implementing academic and behavioral programming for assigned student in collaboration with other members of the team • Recording and summarizing data • Modifying general education curriculum/expectations to meet student's needs and skill level to insure successful inclusion experiences • Actively participate in ongoing training • Work closely with other team members As well as other duties that may be required. -Pay scale salary is based on years of experience.
