Respiratory Therapist - $55.39/hr

Job Summary (List Format): - Provide respiratory care and diagnostic services as a Respiratory Therapist in the 736A Resp Care/Diag Svcs department. - Work a variable day schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM for a 13-week assignment. - Deliver patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards within the specialty. - Utilize advanced knowledge and skills as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). - Ensure compliance with all state of Georgia licensing and certification requirements. - Maintain active credentials as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). - Hold and maintain current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. - Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess, plan, and administer respiratory therapy treatments. - Document patient care and responses accurately and in a timely manner. - Support and educate patients and families regarding respiratory care procedures and equipment. - Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in respiratory therapy specialty. - Not available to candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility.
