#Tech-Pro-Admin-01CNC Mill Machinist Now Hiring in Natrona Heights, PA We are seeking an experienced professional for a direct-hire opportunity at our customer's location in Natrona Heights, PA. This position offers competitive pay, stable hours, and the chance to work with advanced CNC equipment in a precision manufacturing environment.Location: Natrona Heights, PAPay Range: $23 - $30 per hour (based on experience)Available Shifts: Day Shift: Tuesday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Night Shift: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM Position Summary The role involves setting up, programming, and operating 2-4 axis CNC turning centers to produce high-quality metallic and nonmetallic parts. This requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes using G-code or Quick Code. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Select, align, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials. Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining. Verify part dimensions using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, etc.). Deburr and protect parts to prevent damage during production and handling. Maintain equipment and organize tooling and fixtures utilizing lean principles. Collaborate with supervisors and management to report or troubleshoot equipment issues. Maintain accurate production logs and inspection records. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Proven ability to program, set up, and operate CNC lathes. Proficiency with Fanuc and Haas controllers. Experience with Mastercam or similar CAM software. Strong understanding of shop mathematics, machining processes, and material properties. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T. Skilled in troubleshooting and making adjustments to ensure precision and efficiency. Commitment to quality and workplace safety.
