You're not just patching up sprains. You're building resilience. This position offers autonomy, visibility, and purpose-all while embedding you in a community that deeply values its educators, coaches, and caregivers. Whether you're wrapping ankles before a soccer match, easing a parent's concern after a fall, or helping a senior athlete return to form for one last championship season, you'll be the person they remember. And the one they count on. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate and full-time benefits package Health, dental, and vision insurance Continuing education reimbursement Retirement savings plan with employer match Mileage reimbursement for school-to-school travel Flexible PTO and holiday scheduling Opportunities for professional growth and school-based leadership Why This Region Feels Like Home Nestled between Omaha's bustling cultural districts and the peaceful parks of West Des Moines, this region offers the perfect balance of pace and peace. You'll find small-town warmth with big-city access, where local diners still serve hand-cut fries and community spirit runs deep. Spend your mornings on rolling bike trails through Iowa's scenic Loess Hills or take a detour along Nebraska's Elkhorn River for some weekend kayaking. When you're not taping ankles or planning recovery routines, unwind at a minor league ballgame, catch a concert under the stars, or explore one of the region's many locally-owned bookstores, cafes, or art co-ops. Families thrive here. Schools are strong, neighbors greet each other by name, and your contributions will matter-to the team, the town, and the future. A Role With Roots and Reach This isn't a stepping-stone gig. It's a role with roots. One that grows alongside the athletes you serve and evolves as your skills deepen. With supportive clinical leadership, access to the latest rehab tools, and a shared sense of mission across your team, you'll have everything you need to succeed-and to shape success for those you care for. Apply today and bring your care, your expertise, and your impact to the student-athletes who need you most.
