Providing specialized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in a school setting offers a rewarding opportunity to support a student's educational progress through compensatory services. This contract position is focused on delivering tailored interventions designed to meet the specific needs of a former student, ensuring compliance and continuity in services despite location changes. Position Details: Role involves ABA therapy services onsite focused on compensatory support. Term: Immediate start, continuing until all services are completed. Hours: 10 total hours, delivered as 1 hour per week over 8 weeks. Location: Lexington, Massachusetts. Service delivery is strictly onsite; virtual or Voco options are not applicable. Caseload consists of one former student requiring services due to a state complaint resolution process. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as an ABA Therapist within school settings. Knowledge of compensatory service delivery and ability to navigate unique service situations. Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with families and district personnel. Ability to maintain compliance with state complaint procedures and educational requirements. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions as scheduled.
