Job Position: Yarn Line Operator Location: Indianapolis, IN 46201 Pay Rate: $22.00/hr. Shift: 7:00am -7:00pm, Monday-Friday, with OT on weekends as needed Ready for Your Next Job? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Yarn line Operator's responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Machine Operation and Set-up A. Spin pack assembly B. Installation of spin pack assembly C. Load and unload cores and finished rolls D. Properly enter information into manufacturing database E. Properly identify finished goods with tags and labels F. Operate an aspirator nozzle to thread yarn to winders G. Operate computer controller 2. Plan and execute change overs efficiently. 3. Report non-conformances and/or difficulties to Supervisor 4. Ensure quality of product by performing quality testing in lab 5. Complete Process Variable sheets accurately and timely 6. Communicate with operators during shift change 7. And any and all other tasks as assigned. TOOLS: Scissors, razor knife with safety blade, tape measure, pen, paper and tools provided for the machine.
