What You'll Do Answer incoming calls promptly, providing excellent customer service and accurate information about clinic services. Schedule medical, dental, and behavioral health appointments by assessing service type, provider, urgency, and appointment details. Collect and verify patient demographic, identity, insurance, and other required information; provide instructions such as fasting or documentation needs. Manage scheduling tasks, including referrals, rescheduling due to provider changes, and outreach to patients from reports or staff requests. Maintain a professional and organized workstation while supporting additional duties as assigned. What We're Looking ForRequired: Bilingual High School Diploma or GED 1-year computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Email Knowledge of medical terminology Why Join CommWell Health?
