Located in Nottingham, MD, this full-time position offers an opportunity to apply your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within an Intensive Needs Program at a school setting. The role involves travel and is structured around a 35-hour workweek, Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs and behavior patterns. Collaborate closely with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams to develop, implement, and provide training on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Monitor and ensure fidelity of BIP implementation and accuracy of data collection. Maintain thorough documentation and actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Support staff through coaching and training to improve behavioral outcomes for students. Qualifications: Must hold and maintain certification as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Maryland. National BCBA certification is required. Experience working within school settings, particularly with intensive needs populations, is highly desirable. Strong skills in conducting FBAs and developing effective BIPs. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively.
