Stable, long-term career with a growing company Competitive pay and benefits package Hands-on role with modern equipment and tools Safety-first culture with strong team support Opportunities for skill development and advancement Job Details Job Details Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives throughout the plant Requirements 3+ years of maintenance mechanic experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and basic electrical troubleshooting Ability to read technical drawings and schematics Hands-on experience with welding and fabrication a plus Commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced production setting Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
