Akkodis is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer for a Contract with a client in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Spring Boot and modern UI frameworks while building scalable backend services and responsive frontend interfaces. Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Java Full Stack Developer job responsibilities include: Design, develop, and maintain enterprisegrade Java applications using Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful APIs. Build responsive and interactive frontend interfaces using Angular/React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Implement and optimize multitier architectures (presentation, business, data layers) for scalability and performance. Integrate applications with thirdparty APIs and services, ensuring secure communication using OAuth2/JWT. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers to uphold coding standards. Automate build and deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions and troubleshoot production issues to ensure system reliability. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 8-10 years of handson experience in fullstack application development using Java and modern UI technologies. Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Security, RESTful APIs, and microservices, with proven experience building enterprisescale applications. Proficiency in Angular/React and cloud platforms (AWS preferred), with demonstrated capability in CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) and troubleshooting across the full stack.
