Accrual and payments are as follows: Accrual Dates Amount Payment Date First day thru September 30th $ 100.00 Jan 15th check October 1st thru October 31st $ 100.00 Jan 15th check November 1st thru November 30th $ 100.00 Jan 15th check December 1st thru January 15th $ 100.00 April 15th check January 15th thru February 28th $ 100.00 April 15th check March 1st thru March 31st $ 100.00 June 30th check April 1st thru April 30th $ 100.00 June 30th check May 1st thru End of the year $ 100.00 June 30th check Perfect Attendance can be achieved by the following: No Sick Time used including FMLA sick days Attendance all mandatory meetings Arrive on time for all scheduled routes No Unpaid time off Absence due to personal days, work related injury or Jury Duty will not count against perfect attendance.
