Our established practices operate with a true private practice feel, where you will join a collegial team focused on excellent patient care! We have updated state-of-the-art technology and a large support staff to make sure you have everything you need to deliver the best patient care in the area! Practice Details Strong surgical volume: 400-1,000 procedures annually Updated technology and robust support (dedicated tech, with scribe support during ramp-up) Support of ODs! Mentorship opportunities within a collaborative, growth-oriented group for new grads! Low turnover rate (4%) Average 30-40 patients/day MDs supported with at least 1 tech and scribe as volume builds Call shared equally among MDs and ODs Collegial group with strong collaboration!
