Position Summary The SVP of Global Solutions is a strategic executive leader responsible for designing, packaging, and delivering integrated global workforce solutions across three core service lines: Employer of Record (EOR), Independent Contractor (IC) Compliance, and extend Tail Spend Management (MSP for low-volume countries). This role ensures that each solution is commercially competitive, operationally deliverable, and fully compliant across 100+ global jurisdictions. The SVP acts as the global point of convergence between Sales, Delivery, Product, and Compliance - ensuring scalability, profitability, and best-in-class client experience from design through delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. Global Solution Strategy & Design Lead the design and evolution of scalable EOR, IC Compliance, and xTend MSP solutions across all regions. Build frameworks that harmonize compliance, pricing, and service standards while allowing for country-level flexibility. Translate client requirements into executable multi-country solutions that integrate EOR employment, IC vetting/payments, and vendor aggregation. Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure every solution meets local labor, tax, and contractor classification standards. 2. Client Engagement & Commercial Solutioning Serve as the senior executive representative during global pursuits, RFPs, and program expansions. Collaborate with client executives to tailor EOR/IC/xTend models that meet business objectives and risk tolerance. Support commercial modeling, pricing strategy, and value articulation across all three service lines. Lead strategic governance discussions with enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 workforce programs. 3. Global Delivery & Governance Alignment Define and oversee the handoff from solution design to delivery, ensuring readiness across regional hubs. Align delivery models for consistent experience - whether workers are engaged via EOR, vetted as ICs, or managed through the xTend vendor ecosystem. Develop and enforce operational playbooks, SLAs, and compliance workflows across service lines. Partner with Delivery, HR, and Finance operations to ensure seamless onboarding, invoicing, and lifecycle management. 4. Compliance & Risk Management Embed compliance-first thinking in all service offerings. Oversee the integration of global labor law, IC classification, tax, and immigration checks into delivery. Support client audits, regulatory inquiries, and compliance certifications related to global contingent workforce operations. 5. Innovation, Technology & Process Optimization Champion technology-enabled delivery - integration of systems like Concord, elevance Compass, and client systems. Drive automation and data visibility across EOR/IC/xTend programs. Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and performance benchmarking. 6. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and mentor a global team of delivery and functional specialists. Foster close collaboration with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance. Establish best practices for solution design, handoff, and client engagement governance. Represent the company in client advisory boards, global workforce forums, and industry panels. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Solution Profitability: Margin adherence and commercial scalability of implemented solutions. Implementation Success: On-time, in-scope transition of EOR/IC/xTend programs into operations. Client Retention & Growth: Program renewal rates and cross-sell into additional countries/services. Compliance Excellence: Zero major audit findings or regulatory breaches. Process Efficiency: Reduction in implementation cycle time and handoff delays.
