RN/LVN Charge Nurse - Night Shift

We are currently seeking dedicated Charge Nurses to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of our residents. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and protocols. Supervise and oversee the daily activities of nursing assistants and ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and Nurse Supervisor to maintain high standards of care. Monitor residents' health status and report changes to appropriate healthcare professionals. Assist in training and mentoring nursing staff to promote professional growth and development. RequirementsGraduation from an accredited nursing school with a current, valid RN or LPN/LVN license in the state of Texas. Previous nursing experience in a long-term care facility is preferred. Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, residents, and families. Functional literacy in English is required for documentation and communication.
