Job Description

What You'll Do: Assists as needed with the license application intake process to supplement investigations Performs provisional investigations of natural person applicants and renewal investigations of entity applicants seeking to be licensed by the OCCC to determine suitability for licensure Conducts verbal or written follow-up with applicants, licensees, or related individuals based on application information and preliminary investigative findings Prepares investigative files that include pertinent information to make preliminary written licensing recommendations based upon findings Compiles and maintains complete investigatory materials according to agency policy Works closely with Division peers and supervisors as well as the Commission's field office managers to assist in various informational aspects of the licensing process Provides information in response to inquiries from the general public, licensees, potential licensees, and other interested parties regarding the investigation process and OCCC policies Performs other duties as assigned by superiors as required in order to fulfill OCCC mission & goal At the State of Ohio, we take care of the team that cares for Ohioans.
