Assembly Packer Shift/Hours: Afternoon shift Monday thru Thursday, 11:00 AM to 9:00PM (PAID LUNCH BREAK) Pay Rate: $16/hr Location: East Hanover, NJ PrideStaff is currently seeking a meticulous and team-oriented Assembler for our client in East Hanover, NJ. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you will be at the heart of the production process, ensuring that manufactured products are assembled and packaged to the highest possible standards. Key Responsibilities: Assembly & Packaging: Fold, assemble, and package a variety of products at a workstation adjacent to automated conveyor systems. Quality Control: Visually inspect packaging materials and finished goods for defects or foreign debris-even items as small as a pinhead! Equipment Monitoring: Keep a close eye on moving conveyor systems and machine compartments to ensure proper component placement. Compliance: Strictly follow company quality policies and ensure all elements of the Quality System are maintained at your station. Documentation: Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
