CHA provides innovative primary, specialty and emergency care to our diverse patient population through an established network of outpatient clinics and two full service hospitals.The position: Full-time rheumatologist opportunity in Medford, Massachusetts Practice of 3 physicians who play an integral role in a larger collaborative MSK group 32 hours of clinical patient hours per week plus 8 hours of asynchronous clinical admin time Minimal volume during nights and weekends Excellent work-life balance Provide exceptional outpatient care to our adult population EPIC electronic medical record Teach medical students and residents. CHA is a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School (HMS). Position carries a HMS appointment of Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor, commensurate with HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications and commitment to teaching responsibilities Formal and informal teaching of Tufts University Family Medicine residents PLSF Eligible Employer CHA is a High Reliability Organization. Qualifications: Successful completion of an accredited residency program Board certification in Rheumatology (BE for new graduates) Excellent clinical and communication skills Team player and approachable Demonstrated commitment to serving CHA's socioeconomically and culturally diverse patient population Experience in an academic safety net system is a plus CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403b retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The full time guaranteed base salary range of $245,000-$285,000 is based on years of experience.
