A full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide maternity leave coverage at a middle school in Mystic, CT. This contract role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and support students with speech and language needs during a crucial period in their academic journey. Key Responsibilities: Manage a middle school caseload, providing comprehensive speech-language therapy services. Deliver part-time services and support Clinical Fellows (CFYs) as required. Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Maintain accurate documentation and progress records. Attend relevant meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team. Qualifications: Speech-Language Pathologist credentials with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) certification. Experience or interest in school-based speech-language pathology. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with middle school-aged students. Commitment to supporting student speech and language development. Work Schedule and Details: Full-time, onsite position. Monday through Friday, 7:25 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Contract duration from March 5, 2026, through June 17, 2026.
