Job Title: Lead Carpenter Job Description The Lead Carpenter is responsible for overseeing and executing high-quality remodeling projects from start to finish. This role involves leading job sites, coordinating with customers, and collaborating with project managers to ensure successful project completion. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations on remodeling job sites. Perform advanced carpentry tasks including framing, trim, cabinetry, drywall, and finish work. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Coordinate workflow, materials, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for homeowners. Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe at all times. Additional Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of residential remodeling or carpentry experience in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions. Strong leadership and jobsite management skills. Advanced knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methods. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Work Environment The work environment consists of a Monday to Friday schedule, typically from 7:30/8:00 to 4:00/4:30 pm. Projects are located in the North Metro Suburbs, from Elk River to Isanti, primarily staying north of 694. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
