Woodville, WI Order: 4295326845 Order Type : Light Industrial Assignment to Hire Job Title: Rotary Die Cut Press Operator (For-Hire)Location: Woodville, WI Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour (DOE) Employment Type: For-Hire (Temp-to-Hire) Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Friday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Noon) Training: Can be trained on 1st or 2nd shift Some machine operator experience preferred; will train the right candidate Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Rotary Die Cut Press Operator to join our manufacturing team in Woodville, WI. This position is responsible for operating rotary die cut press equipment to meet customer specifications while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be organized, safety-focused, and dependable with strong attendance. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate rotary die cut press equipment, including rotary tooling and laminating tools Process materials and parts to meet customer specifications and production requirements Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and accuracy Troubleshoot and problem-solve production issues as they arise Document job changes, tooling, and parameters for future production runs Conduct test studies and record required data, including die stain tests Follow and create work instructions as needed Perform routine and preventive maintenance as directed Accurately complete documentation in compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Properly use all safety guards and required personal protective equipment Work independently or as part of a team and assist in other areas as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Machine operator experience preferred (training available) Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Computer proficiency and basic math skills required Good eyesight for visual inspections Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. to shoulder height and up to 50 lbs. on an intermittent basis Cleanroom experience is a plus Dependable and independent transportation required Excellent attendance and reliability required Work Environment & Expectations: Standing for extended periods Compliance with all corporate and departmental safety policies Professional, positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Skills: LID Machine Operator Packaging Sorting Parts
