We're looking for a Soft Wash Technician to join our team! What You'll Do:Safely operate soft wash equipment to clean homes, roofs, and commercial buildings Mix and apply cleaning solutions per company standards Maintain tools, vehicles, and jobsite cleanliness Provide top-notch customer service with a positive attitude Work outdoors in various weather conditions What We're Looking For:Reliable, on-time, and coachable individuals Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops Valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience preferred, but we'll train the right person Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods What We Offer:Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Performance bonuses and growth opportunities Full-time, year-round work Supportive team environment Training and advancement within the company Based in Bedford Hills, NY - travel to local job sites required.
