About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join a reputable Title & Escrow company in Maitland, FL. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a solid background in closing real estate transactions Key Responsibilities: Manage residential and/or commercial real estate closings from start to finish Prepare closing disclosures, settlement statements, and all required documentation Coordinate with buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders, and attorneys to ensure smooth closings Review title commitments, clear title issues, and ensure all underwriting requirements are met Disburse funds and ensure proper recording of documents post-closing Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Provide top-tier customer service throughout the transaction process Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or Closer In-depth knowledge of title, escrow, and real estate closing procedures Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in title software (SoftPro, RamQuest, Qualia, etc.) preferred
