The Dietary Aide will assist in preparing and serving meals to residents in accordance with established menus, dietary restrictions, and food safety guidelines. This role is essential in ensuring residents receive nutritious meals in a clean, welcoming dining environment. QualificationsPrevious experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred (but not required) Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation helpful Compassionate, patient, and respectful toward residents ResponsibilitiesAssisting with meal preparation and food service Setting up, serving, and cleaning dining areas Delivering meals to residents as needed Following dietary guidelines and resident meal plans Maintaining sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas Supporting cooks and dietary staff with daily tasks
