This role is ideal for a candidate with deep expertise in diagnosing and managing autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders. You will play a pivotal role in improving patient quality of life through high-level clinical care, innovative treatment plans, and a dedicated, patient-centered approach. Job Responsibilities: Clinical Excellence: Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of rheumatic and autoimmune conditions. Treatment Planning: Prescribe and monitor comprehensive treatment plans, including medications, injections, and tailored lifestyle interventions. Collaborative Care: Partner with primary care physicians and other medical specialists to ensure seamless, coordinated care. Patient Advocacy: Educate patients and their families on disease management, prevention strategies, and long-term health goals. Innovation: Actively participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to stay at the forefront of the field. Qualifications: Education: MD or DO degree. Board Certification: Board Certified or Eligible in Rheumatology. Licensure: An active New Jersey medical license (or immediate eligibility for licensure). Clinical Skills: Strong ability to manage complex cases with excellent clinical judgment. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and patient engagement skills.
