Athletic Trainer/ Wellness Technician

Athletic Trainer / Wellness Technician OneSource Vitality Center| Scottsdale, AZ OneSource Vitality is looking for an energetic and motivated Athletic Trainer to join our team. This role combines front desk responsibilities with hands-on client care in a modern wellness and recovery center. You will work directly with clients to help them improve movement, recover faster, and optimize their health through movement therapy, assisted stretching, and advanced wellness technologies. Responsibilities Client care and therapy Perform client assessments focused on movement, mobility, and recovery needs Provide assisted stretch therapy and movement therapy sessions Administer therapies including Red Light Laser treatments & Dry Needling treatments if licensed and certifie Guide clients through wellness modalities including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, PEMF therapy, EWOT (Exercise with Oxygen Therapy), HOCATT ozone sauna, compression therapy, the Red Light Bed, Shiftwave, and the Ammortal Chamber Educate clients on mobility, recovery strategies, and performance optimization Client experience and front desk support Welcome and check in clients and ensure a positive first impression Assist with scheduling and managing appointments Help clients understand and prepare for their wellness sessions Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to ensure a clean and organized environment Team collaboration Work closely with the OneSource Vitality team to support client health and performance goals Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment for both clients and staff Qualifications Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) or degree in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field Dry needling certification or willingness to obtain Strong understanding of human movement, mobility, and injury prevention Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a client-focused wellness environment Organized, dependable, and team-oriented Preferred Experience Stretch therapy or mobility coaching Manual therapy techniques Experience working with athletes or active populations Experience in wellness, recovery, or performance facilities About OneSource Vitality OneSource Vitality is a wellness and performance center located in North Scottsdale focused on helping people optimize their health, performance, and longevity.
