Restaurant General Manager

Hudson Taco John's is looking for a restaurant General Manager! We are a franchisee of 10 stores in Minnesota and Wisconsin and looking to grow! Pay range is $55,000 to $60,000, with annual raises and performance reviews. You will also be eligible for health insurance, 401k, vision, dental, PTO, up to $800 in monthly incentives, and more! Availability and presence on mornings, nights and occasional weekend is required over a 5-day, 45-hour workweek. We are looking for someone with management experience who is hungry and looking to learn and grow. You will get hands on training with the regional manager, with ongoing daily support following the training period. A normal workday will involve touching base and being present with the crew upon arrival to foster the positive, open work environment we strive for. We do expect our managers to spend a good amount of time on the floor, so you will find yourself on the floor for all meal periods you are present for. There is time set aside for daily office tasks, such as deposits, reports, and emails. You will also be responsible for payroll, truck orders, hiring, firing, recruiting, scheduling and more.
