Required Skills: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Proven experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Excellent communication and patient education skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in documenting patient progress accurately and efficiently Nice to Have Skills: Experience with advanced rehabilitation technologies Bilingual skills to serve diverse patient populations Prior experience supervising PTA staff Knowledge of industry-related software and electronic health records Preferred Education and Experience: Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Minimum of 1-2 years of inpatient physical therapy experience Licensure compliant with state and federal regulations Other Requirements: Availability to work days in an inpatient hospital environment Ability to travel locally for patient needs or additional assignments if required Compliance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws related to healthcare and employment Embrace this excellent opportunity to advance your career while providing compassionate care.
