Project Manager - Enterprise Survey Platform (Qualtrics) Duration: 5-Month Engagement Location: Torrance, CA (100% Onsite) Department: Consumer Applications - Enterprise Survey Platform Employment Type: Contract Platform: Qualtrics / Enterprise Survey & VoC Programs The Project Manager - Enterprise Survey Platform (Qualtrics) will lead the delivery of enhancements and platform capabilities for enterprise-wide survey and Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating execution across vendors (Qualtrics, Client), business stakeholders, IT application teams, and QA, ensuring successful delivery of surveys, dashboards, integrations, and UAT. This is a structured delivery environment requiring strong project governance, schedule management, vendor oversight, risk management, and executive communication. The Project Manager owns execution progress, issue resolution, reporting, and alignment across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution Own and maintain the project plan, milestones, timelines, and dependencies Drive day-to-day execution across survey builds, dashboards, integrations, QA, and UAT Coordinate tasks across business teams, IT, vendors, and QA resources Track delivery progress and proactively escalate delays or risks Maintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) Vendor Management Manage delivery and communication with Qualtrics and Client Ensure clarity on scope, deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria Facilitate requirement handoffs, change requests, and delivery sign-offs Monitor vendor quality and readiness for testing and deployment Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting Serve as the central point of contact for the Enterprise Survey Platform program Prepare and deliver weekly status reports, dashboards, and executive updates Facilitate stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and governance forums Track business readiness and support rollout communications Testing & Deployment Coordination Partner with Business Systems Analysts and QA teams to plan and execute testing cycles Ensure UAT readiness (scripts, environments, data, testers) Coordinate deployment, cutover readiness, and go-live checkpoints Governance & Delivery Discipline Ensure scope clarity and enforce effective change control Track budget usage and vendor SOW alignment Maintain required documentation and audit artifacts (plans, approvals, reports) Day-to-Day Activities Track progress on survey builds, dashboards, and integrations Lead weekly delivery and working sessions with vendors and stakeholders Facilitate sprint/work-package planning and requirement clarifications Monitor QA/UAT progress and ensure defect resolution Deliver executive-level status updates and dashboards Proactively manage risks and drive issue resolution Required Qualifications 5+ years of IT Project Management experience Experience managing vendor-delivered technology programs Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners Strong project planning, RAID management, and delivery governance skills Experience coordinating UAT and structured deployment cycles Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools Excellent executive-level communication and reporting skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Qualtrics, enterprise survey, or Voice of Customer programs Background in digital product delivery, CX analytics, CRM, or MarTech platforms Understanding of data privacy and governance (GDPR, CCPA) Core Skills & Competencies Enterprise Project Management Vendor & SOW Management Schedule & Dependency Management RAID & Risk Mitigation Stakeholder & Executive Communication UAT & Deployment Coordination Governance & Change Control Success Criteri Predictable and transparent project execution Vendor deliverables completed on time and with high quality Surveys, dashboards, and integrations validated by business stakeholders Smooth UAT execution with tracked and resolved issues No surprises-risks escalated early and stakeholders consistently informed Recruiter Submission Template - Full Name: Degree Major with University & Completion Year: Total Years of IT Project Management Experience: Total Years of Experience Managing Vendor-Delivered Programs: Experience managing enterprise platforms or digital programs?
