Clinician - Outpatient Services ($3,000 Sign on Bonus)

Our outpatient program is seeking clinicians (LMHP or LMHP-E) to work with adults, children, and adolescents with mental health and/or substance use disorders, as part of our welcoming and supportive clinical team. We offer flexible scheduling, licensure supervision for LPC and LCSW residents and supervisees, and are a National Health Services Corps Loan Repayment site. Full-Time staff receive a complete benefits packages including health insurance, Virginia Retirement System, PTO, life insurance, and more. $3,000 Sign on BonusStarting Salary: $50,400-Depending on ExperienceEducation Requirements: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other license-eligible Human Services field required. Virginia Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist is preferred. At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental and/or intellectual disabilities is preferred. Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
