Maintenance Mechanic - Night Shift - Seguin, TX

About the job We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our bottling water production machinery, including fillers, packaging equipment, and palletizers. Role: Maintenance Mechanic for bottling water production machines (fillers, packaging, cappers, labelers, palletizers). Qualifications: High school diploma, 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferably in food and beverage), strong Excel skills, basic math, and computer knowledge. Forklift experience is a plus. Duties: Operate and maintain production and blow mold machinery. Troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform basic cleaning, and lead maintenance processes. Ensure compliance with GMP regulations, quality checks, and safety standards. Carry a radio and tool bag, assist in training new employees, and report incidents to the shift supervisor. GMP & PPE Requirements: Follow GMP regulations, wear hairnets, beard nets, earplugs, and safety glasses, and adhere to SQF System standards.
