You'll partner with product and technology to coordinate, plan, and create highly interactive experiences conceptualizing ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex, enterprise design challenges. Be a storyteller! Lead teams in solving complex design challenges through thoughtful leadership using user journeys, task flow analysis, early-stage wireframes, hi-fi comps and clickable prototypes. Qualifications: 5+ years of graphic and interaction design experience in a corporate or agency context, assisting with a broad range of assets from icons to web flows for multiple device types and contexts. Experience designing AI-driven and chat-based interfaces, with a focus on conversational user experiences and interaction flows that feel natural and intuitive. Strong background in data visualization and chart design, with the ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly. Core interaction design skills, deep knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, and a well-established understanding of mobile usability. Expert-level knowledge of user interface design guidelines, design systems, and accessibility standards. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively. Effective leadership skills-able to motivate, drive excellence with cross-functional teams, and build strong relationships while remaining a passionate advocate for the user. Creative thinker who can effectively innovate big ideas and also execute detailed design solutions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage competing demands. Passion for creating delightful user experiences, clean designs, and elegant interfaces that blend usability with emotional engagement.
