Job Title: Assembler Location: Pine Brook, New Jersey Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $24/Hour Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 3p-11p, M-F Responsibilities Assemble small components following work instructions and drawings Perform detailed, hands-on assembly work requiring steady hands and focus Use basic tools and measurement devices to ensure quality standards are met Inspect completed assemblies and document results Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals QualificationsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely Patience and focus for repetitive, precision-based assembly work Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination Ability to adapt to changing tasks or priorities Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
