This provider will primarily deliver outpatient primary care services, with occasional support at a nearby Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) as needed. We welcome both new graduates and experienced providers, as our physician owners provide direct mentorship and training to ensure a smooth transition into the role.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting.Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans and preventive care strategies.Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.Occasionally provide coverage at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) as needed.Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program.Active or eligible for North Carolina state licensure.DEA registration (ability to prescribe medications).New graduates are encouraged to apply.Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.Benefits:Sign-On Bonus available based on experience.All standard benefits are provided.For more information please reach out to Dheeraj Mohan: at or by Email: at
