Job Description Summary of Position The Commercial Office Manager - Houston & Dallas is responsible for providing commercial and operational support for both the Houston and Dallas offices, ensuring efficient execution of order processing, inventory coordination, business planning, equipment logistics, and daily commercial operations. This role requires a strong focus on Doka commercial operations processes, systems, and compliance standards, including expert-level proficiency in DISCOS. The Commercial Office Manager serves as a key liaison between branch operations, customer service, logistics, and corporate supply management functions. The position reports directly to the Operations Manager for the Southwest Branch. Responsibilities Provide full commercial operations and office management support for both the Houston and Dallas offices, ensuring efficient daily execution of order, logistics, and administrative processes. Lead and oversee Commercial Operations staff across Houston and Dallas, ensuring performance, accountability, and adherence to company standards. Accountable for commercial KPI performance including billing accuracy, transaction integrity, inventory control, and cost discipline across both locations. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all receiving, shipping, rental returns, and inventory transactions using DISCOS and Doka commercial systems. Oversee inventory control activities, including ownership of monitoring stock levels, documentation accuracy, and coordination of physical counts. Coordinate closely with yard, branch, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of operational workflows and customer commitments. Ensure timely and accurate billing, freight review, and cost-effective processing of product sales, rentals, and services. Manage operational issue resolution and complaint handling, ensuring strong customer service and process improvement. Maintain compliance with Doka commercial operations standards, corporate procedures, procurement guidelines, and signing authority limits. Generate and distribute operational reports, dashboards, and business documentation to support performance and planning. Promote a safe and compliant work environment, ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations, Doka safety standards, and ongoing training requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; concentration in Operations, Logistics, Business, or Controlling preferred. Recent management experience in commercial operations, administration, logistics, or branch support functions. Strong ability to facilitate projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with strong command of English (speaking, reading, writing). Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Expert-level proficiency in DISCOS, with the ability to support commercial operations workflows and reporting. Strong understanding of Doka commercial operations processes, systems, and compliance expectations. Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing diverse teams. Organized, proactive team player with a results-driven mindset.
