This is a low-acuity, lifestyle-friendly opportunity with predictable hours and no procedures. Assignment Details Dates: May 4, 2026 – August 31, 2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Shifts: 8 hours/day On Call: None Patient Load: 8–12 patients per day Setting: 98-bed Long-Term Care facility EMR: Epic Practice Environment Standard primary care for LTC patients Supported by 1 full-time APP (experienced) APP supervision required (consultative only, no leadership duties) Additional APP recruitment underway ✅ Requirements MD/DO – Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics DEA required IMLC license accepted Comfortable with LTC primary care No procedures required Why Middlebury, VT?
