Hoa Administrative Assistant AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing has partnered with a reputable client seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HOA Administrative Assistant to support our Community Association Managers and play a key role in keeping our homeowner associations running smoothly. MUST have strong organizational skills, professional communication skills, and strong technical skills. Pay Rate: $23 to $26/hr. Location: Modesto, CA Schedule: M-F, 8am to 5pm Requirements of the HOA Administrative Assistant: 3+ years administrative support experience Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a team environment Customer-service mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Experience in HOA or property management is a preferred Responsibilities of the HOA Administrative Assistant: Provide front-line customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors Prepare and distribute board and annual meeting packets, notices, and correspondence Manage association documents, records, and communications within Vantaca Coordinate architectural applications, violation notices, newsletters, and work orders Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure files are accurate and up to date Support managers with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
