Overview This is pivotal role requiring a new hire from organic growth. You will be responsible for managing the billing processes related to aviation lease agreements within our private equity portfolio. Your expertise will ensure accurate financial transactions, timely invoicing, and comprehensive account and customer management while supporting our investment management objectives. Key Responsibilities Asset Invoicing Prepare and generate detailed invoices for aviation lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms Support research initiatives related to aviation assets, lease terms, and market trends to optimize billing strategies Verify and track utilization, prepare weekly AR collections reports, Monthly AR Aging, and revenue schedules. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing issues promptly and professionally Private Equity & Fund Operations Prepare and distribute Fund II distribution notices; Prepare GP II PCAPs and investor notices; Assist with E-signature documentation; Provide audit support as needed. Financial Systems & Reporting: Support ERP continuous improvement initiatives Provide 3rd party foreign administrator support Collect and maintain bank statements Train and assist with Vena financial modeling initiatives Prepare weekly meeting presentations and recaps Operations & Administrative Support: Coordinate office supplies and facility repairs Assist with company event planning Support ad hoc cross-functional projects Qualifications Prior experience invoicing from contracts. ie Charter, MRO, Line Maintenance, Conversion facility or similar varying contract based billing experience in another industry .
