Will Call/Office Associate S&S Tire is a leading provider of products and services to trucking companies and related industries, serving the Memphis area markets. We are looking to add a Will Call/Office Associate to our team. Duties performed in this position include, but are not limited to: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking Interact with customers both inside and on the phone Follow a structured sales process Have working knowledge of our commercial tire brands Be able to effectively manage open repair/service orders Proactive follow up with current and previous customers Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints This is a customer facing position. This Associate will greet service customers, write up their concerns on a work order, dispatch the work to the correct technician. They will make tire sales through phone orders for customer pick-up and schedule truck services. Requirements Experience in the tire industry. The ability to work in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment. The desire to be an integral part of a team. Commitment to being on time. Possess sound judgement and decision making ability Ability to communicate, verbally and written, clearly and professionally with co-workers and management. Be able to lift 75-100 pounds.
