Assesses the patient's condition and nursing care needs 2. Sets goals and prescribes appropriate nursing interventions to meet physical, psychological, social and rehabilitative needs of patients 3. Develops individual nursing care plans 4. Implements care plans and makes revisions as needed 5. Evaluates patient care outcomes 6. Collaborates with physicians and other hospital employees 7. Administers medications, treatments and therapies. 8. Communicates with patients and oversees provision of care. 9. Provides patients and/or family with instruction and education relevant to condition. 10. Accurately documents nursing observations, assessments, medications, treatments, and other care given.
