Change Management Consultant Highlights • The pay for this position is competitive and based on experience. • Part-time schedule (hours to be determined based on project needs) • Remote or Hybrid position (based on business requirements) • This position is a Contract role. Responsibilities • Support the OCM Lead in coordinating and executing change assessments and organizational change activities • Draft and/or coordinate OCM deliverables, including communications and training materials • Complete assigned deliverables accurately and within established timelines, adapting as plans evolve • Manage communications and training calendars to ensure deliverables are drafted, reviewed, approved, and released on schedule • Track action items, decisions, and next steps; proactively follow up to ensure closure • Collaborate across teams to maintain stakeholder alignment and support smooth execution of change initiatives Requirements • 3+ years of experience supporting large, complex projects in fast-paced, evolving environments • 3+ years of experience supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM) and/or training functions (e.g., Change Management Practitioner, Learning Program Manager, Instructional Designer) • Experience drafting and delivering communications across multiple channels (email, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Viva Engage, business process documentation, technical documentation) • Experience working in agile environments with iterative delivery cycles • Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables with multiple reviewers and navigate conflicting feedback effectively • Proficiency with project tracking and planning tools (MS Outlook, Jira, Excel, SharePoint) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Clear and effective communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset • Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting quickly to shifting priorities Preferred Qualifications • Prosci or similar Organizational Change Management certification • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools • Experience supporting business and digital transformation initiatives Benefits Available • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
