Service Coordinator

Service Coordinator Lino Lakes, MN (Onsite) $22-$24/hr Mon-Fri | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM We're seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support daily service operations and ensure a smooth experience for customers and vendors. Responsibilities Process and track work orders from start to finish Order parts and maintain accurate system updates Prepare customer quotes and coordinate scheduling Build and maintain vendor/service provider relationships Provide excellent customer communication and follow-up Approve vendor invoices and support billing processes Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of accounting principles Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Interest in learning warehouse equipment (compactors, balers, forklifts, etc.) High School Diploma/GED + ability to pass a background check All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
