Administrative Assistant/ Floater Closing Shift

Floater Administrative Assistant Location: 7345 Canyon Park Drive Compensation: $14$16/hour Shift: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM Child care experience preferred. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and flexible Floater Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines administrative support with occasional classroom responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations in both areas. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties: Manage and maintain child files with confidentiality and accuracy. Assist with family tours and guide prospective families through the enrollment process. Support the administration of the CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program), ensuring compliance with program requirements. Classroom Support: Provide breaks and support for teachers as needed throughout the day. Assist in classrooms during transitions and other high-need periods. Requirements: Comfortable working in a classroom environment when needed. Ability to multi-task and adapt to a variety of administrative and childcare-related duties. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in childcare or a school setting is a plus. What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of $14$16 based on experience.
